Fireproof perlite and vermiculite mortar Tecplaster®

Tecplaster^® is a mortar prepared with hydraulic binders, perlite, vermiculite and other additives formulated for fire protection in metallic structures and concrete elements, offering fire resistances up to 240 minutes.

Is it specially suitable for protection of metallic and concrete elements not exposed to outdoors, such as: beams, pillars, supports, frameworks and concrete slabs.

Tecplaster^® mortars are incombustible according to European Standard UNE-EN 13501-1. Euroclass A1.

Depending on the required solution and the type of support to be protected, mercor tecresa® has designed different tables indicating the required thickness based on the demanded fire resistance time and the form of the profiles to be protected.

The spraying process of Tecplaster^® mortars is carried out through spraying machine with endless screw bomb by wet procedure. The Tecplaster^® mortar is easy to mix and apply, non-hazardous to health, environmental friendly and has an exceptional finish quality, allowing its subsequent painting.
