Smoke and Fire compartment curtains
The design of a smoke exhaust system is essential to create a delimitation of fumes and gases that occur in a fire and thus prevent them from spreading to other sectors that were not previously affected. The installation of the smoke compartment system must be certified, approved and ensure a safe smoke pipeline.
The installation of the smoke barrier allows channelling the smoke in a certain direction towards the evacuation system, avoiding and delaying the entrance of the smoke in other areas that can be enabled as smoke-free spaces.
The smoke barrier can be fixed, in the installation, there are elements that stand out and need to be solved; or automatic, there is an aesthetic need to hide the barrier and integrate it into the construction, deploying it only in the event of a fire by means of an engine.
